Tony, it's been a while since we have spoken but I just thought it was time that I wrote and let you know how wonderful your team is! People are quick to moan and complain but rarely take the time to praise. Each and every one of your staff that I deal with (and I deal with them on a regular basis) is absolutely fantastic. They are responsive, patient and fun to deal with and it's such a pleasure to deal with them all because let's face it, I am not always calling to say the system is working!

Tony and the team at Morpheus Technology Solution’s are always friendly, punctual, efficient and professional. Our IT problems have significantly decreased significantly since hiring Morpheus Technology Solutions, which has made our staff very happy!! The scheduled monthly maintenance has brought our systems up to date in regards to software and virus protection. Each time we make a service request, we receive timely assistance and the consultants always keep us updated on progress, which means we never feel neglected!! At the beginning of a very busy tax season two years ago, we were experiencing some problems with our main Server when Morpheus Technology was recommended to us. The end result has been a much improved inter-office and intra-office IT and communications environment with a high level of functionality, dependability and security. Utilizing a program developed by Morpheus Technology Solutions, Inc. their technical team is automatically informed of any issues that arise on our any of servers. This allows us to diagnose and rectify the issue immediately before it becomes a big problem. Morpheus Service Support™ covers all the critical components of any type of MS-based server, including backups, antivirus, hard disk space, and real time event log monitoring. They also perform thorough monthly server maintenance at a time that suites our business. The monthly service covers all the maintenance we require, including security patch installation, exchange database maintenance, and restore tests, manual system checks and much more.

All together this allows us to eliminate most of the daily manual system checks and frees up our time to focus on the more important aspects of our business. The monitoring and maintenance they provide gives us the peace of mind, knowing that our servers are being professionally maintained and monitored and for a reasonable price.

It is great to be able to confidently leave a problem in Morpheus Technology Solutions hands knowing that it would get done professionally.
